Time and Tide is an original self-catering family home in Kenton-on-Sea set overlooking the Kariega River, with views of the river and the sea, and a pathway leading down to the river. This is a great holiday home for those looking to spend time together or to get away from their busy lives. Spend lazy days on the stoep enjoying the view of lands, river and sea.
The comfortably furnished home can accommodate up to 7 adults and 3 children, and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, and an enclosed sun room and lounge area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed, the second bedroom contains a double bed, and the third bedroom contains 3 single beds. The first bathroom contains a bath, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bathroom contains a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with 2 fridge-freezers, a stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area contains a large round dining table and chairs. The lounge contains seating, a flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan. Wi-Fi internet access is available. The bright sun room faces the river, and contains a second lounge area as well as 3 single beds that can accommodate 3 children under 12-years old. Sliding doors open to a river-facing garden with outdoor dining furniture and built-in braai facilities. WiFi is available.
The owner resides in a separate flat on the street side of the property, so can assist with any queries you may have.
