The open-plan living area features a dining table and a kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction plate, kettle, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and cutlery and crockery. There is no oven. The open plan lounge features a TV with Premium package DStv as well as a cosy seating area with 3 comfortable tub chairs. There is a dining table in the living area and a separate office area is also available.

Guests have private braai facilities and are also provided with secure parking behind a fence away from the street.
