Description
Tutuwedzo Venue offers comfortably furnished chalets on a small game farm located 20 km from Brits and Hartbeespoort Dam and 50 km from Pretoria.
Guests have a choice of 10 two-sleeper chalets. The chalets are furnished with either three-quarter beds, a king-size bed, or queen-size beds, and have en-suite bathrooms. The chalets are air-conditioned and they are equipped with TVs with limited DStv channels, Wi-Fi access, tea-and-coffee-making facilities, and bar fridges. For convenience, bedding and towels are provided. Each of the chalets also has a private patio and braai facilities.
For group bookings of 14 people and more, guests will also have access to the Lapa which has a self-catering kitchen, a bar area, as well as a dart board.
Guests can relax under the trees, cool down in the communal swimming pool, or make use of the volleyball and badminton equipment, as well as the jukskei facilities.
Tutuwedzo, which means “encouragement”, is ideal for weddings, year-end functions, birthday parties, matric farewells and other events. A limited selection of takeaway meals are also available between 10:00 and 18:00.
Tutuwedzo Venue is home to a variety of antelope such as nyala, waterbuck, blue wildebeest, zebra, blesbuck and impala, and the animals can be seen by a game drive on a tractor and trailer. Various bird species can also be seen.
