Uilhuijs is a well-equipped cottage on Croft Farm, a boutique apple and pear farm located in Elgin.
The cottage is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet close enough for a quick getaway. The farm is ideally situated for those who would like to explore the Elgin Valley, be it for its great wines, mountain bike routes, trail runs or eateries.
This elegantly decorated cottage is ideal for a romantic getaway or a weekend spent with friends. The cottage comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds offering cosy quality bedding. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a basin, and a toilet.
The open-plan living area offers a lounge area and a modern kitchen that is fully equipped to cook up a storm, with facilities such as a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a gas stove with an oven, as well as built-in cupboards with crockery and cutlery, including other appliances and a table with seating.
The lounge has neat and comfortable seating arrangements, with a log fireplace. Leading out from the living area is a large verandah with patio furniture, overlooking the beautiful surrounding landscape of the farm. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available in the cottage and braai wood can be provided.
Uilhuijs has an inverter that keeps the lights, alarm and TV on during loadshedding.
