Description

Situated at the edge of town in Nieuwoudtville with views of the Hantam landscape and flower reserve, Ulla Irene is a guest house for up to 13 people with communal self-catering facilities.

The 100-year old stone house is located on 3-hectares, and comprises 4 guest rooms.

Guest make use of the communal facilities that include a kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, cutlery and crockery, pots and pans, tea- and coffee-making facilities, as well as an indoor braai area, and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table.

Guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV and a cosy fireplace, and opens onto the stoep overlooking the surroundings. Warm outdoor showers are also available for guests to use.

Three outdoor braai areas and a swimming pool are available for guests to use, and secure undercover and fenced parking is available.
