The open-plan kitchen, accompanied by a 6-seater dining table, is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, crockery, and cutlery. The counter with bar stools offers extra seating. For added convenience, a washing machine and dishwasher are provided. The lounge, furnished with comfortable seating, features an indoor braai and a TV with DSTV. The house is equipped with an alarm system.
