Umdloti Beach Pad is a self-catering apartment located in a secure complex on the beach in Umdloti, KwaZulu-Natal. Perfect for guests looking for accommodation in a village which has a great small-town vibe and is located close to the beach, restaurant and a variety of attractions.
The 2-bedroom apartment is split over multiple levels, has 2 sets of spiral stairs, have an entry on the ground floor leading up to the kitchen and dining room and lounge area with a further staircase to the bedrooms and bathroom. The unit is able to accommodate 4 adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, making this apartment the ideal choice for 2 couples, or a couple with children who can share. There is a sleeper couch on the ground floor suitable for a teenager. A veranda leads off both bedrooms and has good sea views. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, basin and toilet. There is also a separate guest toilet on the ground floor.
The apartment also comprises an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped and features a stove, oven, fridge-freezer and microwave. The dining area has seating space for 8 people, while the lounge has comfy seating, a large TV with the full DStv package and Wi-Fi.
The lobby contains a washing machine in a cupboard and leads out onto the ground floor veranda with a table and chairs, braai facilities, a grass area and a communal pool. Parking is provided in a lock-up garage, or you have use of any of the marked parking bays within the complex grounds. Walk just across the road and you are on the beach. The unit is close to a variety of restaurants, a laundromat, doctor's rooms, and a Spar grocery store.
There is a minimum booking period of 3 days and over the December period must be 7 days or more.
