Description
Umhlanga Beach House is a lovely double-storey self-catering villa located in Umhlanga Rocks just 50 m from the beach and 2 km from the vibrant Umhlanga Village. The villa is set next to pristine bush so offers wonderful sights for bird watchers, as well as boasting panoramic sea views. Sit on the magnificent balcony and watch the whales and dolphins.
The villa can accommodate up to 14 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a formal lounge, a TV lounge area, a bar and entertainment room, a kitchen, a sheltered courtyard, and a balcony and patio area. There is air-conditioning and a TV with a selection of DStv in every bedroom.
The first and second bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The first bedroom contains 3 single beds and has a shower en suite. This room has sliding doors opening to the bar and entertainment area. The second bedroom contains 3 single beds. This room has use of its own private bathroom, across the passage, that contains a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
The third, fourth and fifth bedrooms are located upstairs, and open to a balcony with seating and stunning views. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds and a spacious shower en suite. The fourth bedroom contains 3 single beds. This room has use of its own private bathroom, across the passage, that contains a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The fifth bedroom contains 3 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, a shower, a toilet and twin washbasins.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a double-door fridge, deep freezer, stove and oven, and a kettle. The kitchen opens to the courtyard with a 12-seater outdoor dining table. The lounge offers comfortable seating, and is open-plan to a TV lounge area that contains a flat-screen TV with a selection of DStv channels. The lounge opens to a patio with two 5-seater outdoor dining tables. The bar area and games room contains a built-in bar, pool table, a couch and a flat-screen TV. This room has sliding doors opening to the salt water swimming pool area, with a table tennis table.
The villa is serviced daily. Free fibre 100 Mbps is available. Breakfast can be arranged at an additional fee. Double-door garage parking is provided and the house offers security beams and electric fencing.
