Umtentweni Unit 3 @ Mangrove Beach Estate is a fully furnished self-catering apartment located in the secure Mangrove Beach Estate, just 150 m from Banana Beach, in Melville, Port Shepstone.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share a bathroom containing a bath, a toilet and a washbasin. Bath towels are supplied, but guests must please bring their own swimming towels.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and a breakfast bar with stools. An extra table and 6 chairs for outside seating are available. The lounge offers comfortable seating, a TV with Smart View and uncapped Wi-Fi. The unit has a partial sea view from the balcony. Secure covered parking is available.
The Mangrove Beach Estate offers a communal swimming pool, and a games room with table tennis and a pool table. A wooden walkway offers access to the Banana Beach which is the Main beach.
