House Rules
Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee, which covers linen changes and general cleaning. Ironing and laundry services can also be arranged at an extra cost.
Please note that no housekeeping or cleaning services will be provided on the following dates:

Utilities are provided up to the value of R300. Once this limit is reached, any additional usage will be at the guest's expense.
Smoking or vaping inside is not permitted.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests are also asked to keep noise to a minimum after 21:00, with no parties allowed.
Before keys are handed over, all guests must fill in a booking form and provide a copy of their ID.
Please be aware that if this information is not received within 4 hours of arrival, the booking will be cancelled.
