Karl Bremmer Hospital, Tygerberg Hospital, Louis Leipoldt Hospital and N1 City Hospital is within a 2 to 8 km radius of the house. Tygervalley Shopping Centre is 10 minutes from the house and Canal Walk is also nearby. It is the ideal place for holidays, business meetings or hospital visits.

We offer accommodation in 3 spacious, stylish self-catering units. Each unit is equipped with a queen-size bed. 100% Cotton linen and towels are provided. Each unit has 1 bedroom and a separate bathroom with a toilet, basin and shower. The upstairs unit has a double sleeper couch in the living area.

Each unit has an open-plan kitchen and a living room with comfortable couches and chairs. The kitchen is well-equipped with a microwave, induction plate or stove with 2 plates, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, braai pan, cutlery and crockery. Each unit has a spacious living room with a big flat-screen TV with full DStv Explora and free WiFi. There is an indoor braai for colder evenings in the upstairs unit and outside braai facilities on a big balcony. The downstairs unit has a wooden deck. The Groundroom with an en-suite bathroom can be booked for extra guests. The room is downstairs by the parking area and can only be booked with the Upstairs or Downstairs unit at an extra cost.
