Villa Rosa 1 is a spacious self-catering holiday home located in the heart of Swakopmund. This could be a great option for a getaway in Namibia as this property is only 200 m from the beach.

This double-storey property can comfortably accommodate a total of 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. All 4 bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds; however, 2 of these bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and a bath in the main bathroom and a shower in the other en-suite bathroom. The third bathroom also has a bath and a shower.

The spacious living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the scullery. Leading from this kitchen is a dining table with ample seating for everyone to enjoy their meals together. The lounge has comfy seating and a TV with DStv.

Additionally, this space also has an indoor built-in braai and the home has a second TV lounge situated upstairs which also includes a coffee station with a bar fridge. The main bedroom and this second lounge share a balcony where guests can enjoy a morning coffee. Guests are afforded secure parking behind a locked gate on the property.
