Villa Umdoni is a lovely holiday home situated in the secure Eden Rock Forest Estate in the heart of Pennington. It could be an ideal option for a peaceful holiday with family and friends as the property spoils with a lovely swimming pool area for full relaxation.
This property can accommodate 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms. All 4 bedrooms are furnished with a king-size bed and the bathrooms are either fitted with a shower or a bath and a shower. Linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge with comfortable seating, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels. Access to free Wi-Fi is available. Adjacent to the lounge space, there is a dining area where guests can enjoy their meals together.
This living area opens onto an expansive wooden deck with a sparkling infinity pool, sun loungers, a jacuzzi and braai facilities. The villa also includes a sauna to enjoy after a day of sightseeing. Secure parking is also available for guests’ vehicles with 24-hour security on the property. There is also a sauna available.
The location of this estate is right next to Selborne Golf Club and is within close proximity to the beach and restaurants. During load shedding and water outages, there is a backup inverter as well as a JoJo tank.
