Villa with a View - 36 Sovereign Sands is a spacious self-catering villa for up to 11 people in a security complex in Blythedale.
Situated on the top floor the air-conditioned multi-storey villa has a partial sea view and can accommodate 8 adults and 3 children. The villa comprises 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen and a lounge and each of the floors opens onto a stoep.
The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the second and third bedroom are located on the middle floor and each contains a queen-size bed. Located on the ground floor, the fourth bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and the fifth bedroom is furnished with 3 single beds.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table, and guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV.
A double garage is available for use on the top floor. The complex has a communal swimming pool, and offers direct access to the beach for long walks, swimming, whale or dolphin watching in season, and guests can also do some bird watching.
