Vreugde Gasteplaas Self-catering offers comfortable accommodation in a peaceful farm atmosphere, surrounded by picturesque scenery, centrally located in the Eastern Free State between the towns of Warden and Bethlehem. The farm is only 18 km away from the N3, halfway between Johannesburg and Durban and en route from all the Cape provinces to Kruger National Park. This is a perfect overnight stay for the discerning guest to unwind in nature away from the incessant noise of trucks and traffic. Vreugde Gasteplaas is also conveniently situated between Bethlehem, Reitz, Kestell, Harrismith and Vrede, from where the area can be explored.
Accommodation comprises 8 self-catering studios, with en-suite bathrooms, and a self-catering cottage. The studios are furnished with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are fitted with either a bath or a shower. Each unit has a small kitchenette to prepare light meals. The cottage comprises 3 bedrooms, a bathroom fitted with a shower and a corner bath, a kitchen with a dining area, and a lounge. The cottage and studios can accommodate 25 people.
On-site facilities include a neat complex with a lounge-dining area and braai facilities in the beautiful courtyard. Free Wi-Fi is available.
