The self-catering lodge is suited to accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children and comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and outdoor shower. The second bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and an outdoor shower. The third bedroom contains a king-size bed, a child-only bunk bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and outdoor shower. A cot can be arranged if necessary.
The lodge features an open-plan kitchen equipped with a fridge, oven, and stove, a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, ice machine, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, juicer, blender, 2 fridge-freezers, pressure cooker, and a hand blender. All cooking utensils, pots, pans, potjies, cutlery, placemats, and crockery makes cooking easy. A dining area, a lounge, as well as a TV with Netflix, Showmax, full DStv channels, and DStv Now, ceiling fans, and a fireplace. The lodge features decks, a boma and braai area, and has its own private entrance.
On-site facilities include a swimming pool, solar backup for essentials, and secure parking. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the on-site activities in the Mabalingwe Nature Reserve, which include horse riding, bird watching, game drives, guided walks, swimming, Big 5 viewing, cycling, game viewing, mountain biking, and tennis.
