Description
Welgedaan is situated in George and offers luxury accommodation for a family or group of friends. It is within easy reach of numerous shops, restaurants, the N2 highway, activities and attractions.
The house comprises 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests at a time. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, toilet and basin. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and the third bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed. These beds can be converted into 2 single beds on request. The second bathroom is also equipped with a shower, bath, toilet and basin and there is a separate guest toilet for convenience.
Furthermore, 2 single sleeper couches as well as 'n double sleeper couch is available in the reception area. A cot is also available.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery.
The living area has comfortable couches as well as a TV with DStv, and a dining area with ample seating where guests can enjoy their meals together as well as an indoor braai and a full bar. Guests can also enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi access.
There are lovely braai facilities available for guests’ use during their stay. Other features include a Jacuzzi, pizza oven, as well as a double bar fridge and chest freezer.
There is a lovely deck with a koi pond and tranquil waterfall. On this deck, there is also a gas braai, a breakfast grill and an ice machine.
Furthermore, there are safety gates from the decks, between the large living rooms and also at the front door. The house is secured by high walls and an electric gate. The house also has a CCTV camera system in place and an alarm which is linked to ADT's security system. The house is located in a very quiet street where the neighbourhood watch is very active.
The accommodation offers breathtaking views of the Outeniqua Mountains.
George is the middle point of the Garden Route making it easy to explore new places every day. The nearest beach is only a ten minute drive if guests want to cool off.
