Wetlands Game Lodge is nestled in the scenic Versamel mountains just outside Wakkerstroom, offering panoramic views of rolling green hills and tranquil bodies of water. Situated at the foothills of the Drakensberg Mountains, the lodge is located on 10,500 hectares of mountainous grassland and wetlands.

Accommodation is offered in various rooms with ranging sleeping capacities and is each furnished with comfortable beds and comes with tea- and coffee-making facilities. Each room has a private bathroom fitted with either a bath, shower, or both. Crisp linen and towels are provided.

The lodge features diverse game, bird, and plant life that can be explored on a game drive, a quad bike adventure, or a leisurely stroll. Activities include horse riding, hiking, bird watching, and fly fishing.
