This lovely house can accommodate 10 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features a lounge area with a Smart TV, air-conditioner, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with queen-size beds and ceiling fans. The last bedroom is furnished with 2 bunk beds and a ceiling fan. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower while the fourth bathroom has a shower-over-bath. Quality linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own bath and swimming towels.
The open-plan living area features a lounge, a dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tea- and coffee-making facilities and cutlery and crockery. The dining area is furnished with a dining table suitable for 8 guests. The lounge is furnished with a comfortable lounge suite, a coffee table, ceiling fans and a Smart TV with a full DStv package and sound bar. Access to free Wi-Fi is available. The home is spared from load shedding by a full solar system.
The living area opens up onto a covered verandah, which boasts stunning views of the garden and swimming pool area. The pool room features a comfy lounge suite ideal for relaxing with shower and toilet facilities. Guests can enjoy a dip in the sparkling swimming pool, a picnic in the garden or simply socialise around either the indoor braai or outdoor fire pit. Access to secure parking is available.
The property has state-of-the-art security, CCTV which is viewable from the TV in the main bedroom, electric fence and alarms. The outdoor area is fully lit by solar lights.
