Willow Cottage is a self-catering cottage located on the owner’s property, situated in the leafy suburb of Newlands in Cape Town. The property is ideal as a base for business and from which to explore the surrounding attractions in the Southern Suburbs.
Willow Cottage is set in the garden of the property, is completely private and secure. The unit has its own private garage with direct access into the cottage, and comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open-plan living area. The separate, spacious bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and plenty of cupboards, and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, double basin vanity, and a toilet.
The fully equipped kitchen contains the necessary appliances to prepare and cook meals, including a stove with gas hob, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a tumble-dryer.
The adjacent living area features a wood-burning fireplace. 2 TV's with full DStv channels. The living area has doors that open to a private patio, which has an outdoor table with seating and 2 loungers. There are 2 heaters for guests for cold winter days.
The property is ideal for outdoor sports such as hiking and mountain biking as its within 5 mins walk to a private gate into the magnificent Newlands Forest. Within close proximity to shops, restaurants, theaters and movies. Willow Cottage is also situated close to Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, on the base of Table Mountain, Cape Town University, and excellent wine farms in the Constantia area, to name but a few attractions within a 10 to 20 km radius.
