Wooden House is a self-catering house located in Malgas, Western Cape, boasting stunning views of the Breede River and the mountains.
This air-conditioned double-story home accommodates 10 guests and features 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, one of which has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The third bedroom contains a queen-size bed, the fourth with a double bed, and the remaining with 2 single beds. These bedrooms share 2 bathrooms fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet, one of which includes a bath.
The living area features an open-plan design with a fully equipped kitchen including a stove, oven, 2 microwaves, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, air-fryer, cutlery, and crockery. For added convenience, a dishwasher is also available. A 12-seater dining table is perfect for meals. The lounge area is furnished with comfortable seating, a smart TV with YouTube and Netflix along with free Wi-Fi facilities. The house is equipped with solar panels to avoid power outages during load shedding.
Guests have access to an indoor braai area and more seating perfect for entertainment, as well as a kitchenette and a bar fridge.
Outside on the veranda, guests can enjoy morning coffee while fully taking advantage of the tranquil views. Tucked under the trees is another braai area. The crackling of the fire makes the perfect soundtrack as you make your way to the jetty, eagerly casting a line for your next big catch, while the sounds of free-frolicking children exploring fill the air. Secure parking is available on the premises.
