Description
Woodlands Villa is a beautiful Cape Dutch-style farmhouse offering self-catering accommodation on a farm in George. The farmhouse is nestled among Geelhoutboom trees overlooking manicured gardens and the Outeniqua mountain range.
The property can accommodate 7 guests and comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The beds can be converted to 2 single beds on request. A three-quarter bed is available in the study, which also features a well-stocked library.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas-electric stove, coffee machine, blender and microwave. A fireplace is available in the lounge as well as in 2 other entertainment areas. The house opens onto a large patio spanning the front of the house and which features ample seating space and an outdoor dining table. A boma braai and Weber are also available for guests' use.
The property boasts a private dam and offers full access to the farm’s strawberry rows for guests to enjoy berry picking. Other activities on the farm include canoeing, cycling, private helicopter tours, a firefly forest experience and game drives at a neighbouring farm.
