Modern Cozy Apartment is a warm and inviting flatlet that is semi-detached to the main house, where the welcoming owners reside. Situated in Duynefontein, Melkbosstrand, this cosy flatlet provides guests with comfortable self-catering accommodation, ideal for both business and leisure travelers.

The flatlet consists of a bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The living area features a single sleeper couch, allowing the flatlet to comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests.
