Adelaide Provincial Hospital is a 60-Bed public hospital situated in Adelaide in the Eastern Cape Province. The hospital was previously a provincial aided private hospital, but is now a government hospital.

Nearby towns are Bedford, situated 22.8km from Adelaide, and Fort Beaufort, situated 37.4km away. Main roads leading to the hospital are the R344 and the R63.
