Description
Bishop Bavin School is an independent Anglican co-ed school in Johannesburg’s eastern suburbs. Situated on the grounds of the former St George’s Home for Boys in Bedfordview, the school has beautiful Herbert Baker architecture and gardens. The school caters for learners from crèche (3 months old) all the way through to Grade 12 with a junior school, preparatory school, and a college. Both day scholars and boarding students are accommodated.

Bishop Bavin School was founded in 1991.
ACADEMICS
Bishop Bavin School Matrics achieved a 97% pass rate in 2014 and a University entrance rate of 90%. The school motto is Christu Supra Omnes which means “Christ Above All”.
