Blythedale Beach
Description
Blythedale Beach is situated along the Dolphin Coast, just north of Tinley Manor and 72km outside of Durban, in the KwaZulu-Natal province of South Africa. It is an unspoilt haven with a combination of endless white sands, subtropical vegetation, and warm ocean waters. Dolphins and whales can be spotted from the beach, and to ensure maximum safety, the beach is protected by shark nets. It is a favourite spot for swimming, surfing, jet-skiing, ski-boating, fishing, and various other water sports. The beach is very popular among nature lovers due the fact that it is connected to a small conservancy including the Umvoti River mouth that teems with birdlife.
