Description
Hudson Park High School is a co-ed public school in Vincent, East London. The school caters for learners from Grade 8 to Grade 12 and has over 1150 students. Hudson focuses on four pillars, namely academic, cultural, pastoral, and physical education.
HERITAGE
Hudson Park High School began as a small primary school for the Clifton area in the St Alban’s Church Hall in 1905. In 1912, the current school building was built and became a secondary school in 1959 which became known as Clifton Park High School in 1965. In 1978, the primary school merged with Hudson Park Primary School and the school name changed to Hudson Park High School.
ACADEMICS
The school motto is Tentando Superabis which means “By Endeavor, We Will Succeed”.
