The hospital is situated in Leeb Street, Murraysburg, Western Cape. Leeb Street is the R63 main road running through Murraysburg, and the hospital is situated to the North of the R63, entering Murraysburg from the East. Murraysburg is located 159km North-East of Beaufort West.

Murraysburg hospital is a public hospital and therefore services are free to pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as children under the age of six years old and pensioners. Other patients are charged a consultation and/or admission fee.
