Piggly Wiggly Country Village is a fantastic stop along the Midlands Meander in KwaZulu-Natal. There's several restaurants, shops, picnic tables, and a playground with plenty of green grass for the kids to let off some steam.
Pick up some deli items from Best of the Midlands, have a cup of coffee at Piggly Wiggly Coffee Shop, pick up some wine from Meander Fine Wines, or grab some cheese and breads from Three Fat Pigs Cheese & Deli. If you're short for time, grab a bite to eat from the deli and enjoy a meal on the picnic tables in the sunshine while the kids release any excess energy from the cramped up car journey.
Shops include Eclectic Magpie, Fancy That, Furniture for Life, Homewood, Linen Loft, The Lavender Co, Hides of Africa, and more. Its a fantastic place to pick up souvenirs and gifts. For those who have a bit more time to spend, there is a Piggy-Putt facility where you can play a game of mini golf in the fresh country air.
