Pure Venom Reptile Park

Description

The Pure Venom Reptile Park is a fascinating attraction located in Izotsha, near Shelly Beach in KwaZulu-Natal. Publicized as the biggest reptile farm in Africa, Pure Venom is home to an interesting collection of indigenous and exotic reptiles, including 9 species of rattlesnake (the largest variation of this species outside the USA), 5 species of crocodile, and the highly threatened giant sungazer lizard.

Visitors can enjoy a variety of exciting activities, such as guided tours, daily snake demonstrations, and crocodile and alligator feedings. Kids will be kept entertained with a playground and petting the furry farm animals at the Animal Farmyard. Explore the reptile displays and browse the range of curios, clothes, and reptile products at the Creepy Curio Shop. Other features on offer are snake handling and identification courses (with certification), as well as a snake removal service.
