Riemvasmaak Hot Springs

Description

The Riemvasmaak Hot Springs are one of the major draw cards for visitors to the Northern Cape, located north of Augrabies Falls, approximately 60km from the small town of Kakamas. Spend the weekend relaxing in the natural spring waters, surrounded by the most spectacular scenery and 80m high granite cliffs.

The hot springs are the result of volcanic eruptions. Though these are no longer active, the underground activity still heats the waters of the spring and provides the most glorious warm water swimming pools.
