Tala Game Reserve

Description

Tala Private Game Reserve is a 3000 hectare wildlife conservancy situated in the hills of a quiet farming community near Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal. It provides a home to numerous wildlife, including rhino, giraffe, hippo, wildebeest, warthog, zebra, kudu, and 380 species of birds.

With a mix of acacia thornveld, open grassland, and wetland, the reserve is fantastic for both game and bird watching. There are plenty of venues for functions, weddings, and conferences. La Tala Restaurant is a wonderful spot to enjoy a meal.
