Thaba Nchu Airport
Description
Thaba Nchu Airport (TCU) is a small airport located in Thaba Nchu, in the Free State province of South Africa. The airport was built by former Bophuthatswana government leader, Lucas Mangope, and was opened in 1988 during the 11th anniversary of their independence. Although the fully equipped airport has not been used for years, there are talks of plans to re-launch the operation of the airport.
