The hospital is situated in Alphen Hill Road, Wynberg, Western Cape. Nearby main roads are the M41 to the South and the M3 to the West of the hospital. Wynberg is located in the Southern Peninsula region, 14km South-East of Cape Town CBD.

Victoria hospital is a public hospital and therefore services are free to pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as children under the age of six years old and pensioners. Other patients are charged a consultation and/or admission fee.
