Wild Waves Waterpark

Description

Wild Waves Water Park is a new family fun destination situated at the Wild Coast Sun Resort and Casino in Port Edward, near Durban. Interestingly, the water park cost R80 million to build and features some of the fastest water slides in the world!

There are fun and games for the whole family, with exhilarating rides, leisure rides, play areas, and swimming pools to suit all ages. Adrenaline seekers can enjoy rides such as the Aqualoop, the Mat Racer, Superbowl, and Boomerango tube ride, while those after a more leisurely experience can enjoy floating along the Lazy River. Other features include an aqua-play area for kids and the Magic Company. Food outlets are situated throughout the park and there is a medical room in case of emergencies.

Please be aware that children under the height of 1.2m and weighing less that 43kg will not be allowed to ride on some of the rides. Upon entry into the park, there are lockers for hire to keep your personal possessions. You will receive a wrist band that will scan to lock and unlock the locker. The water park features good changing rooms and also offers towels and life jackets for hire.
