A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

Pets are allowed only by arrangement in Cottage Chardonnay only.
No extra costs will be charged for a maximum of 2 children up to 2 years sleeping in a baby cot, which we provide free of charge.
An extra charge for the use of a sleeper couch applies.
Available on request at an additional cost are the following:
Wine-tasting tours to the Winelands, guided by a wine expert.
Organised tours to Cape Point, West Coast, and other regions.
Restaurant recommendations and bookings.
Wine and dine evenings at the swimming pool site
Wine delivery to the premises.
Transport from and to Cape Town International Airport at extra cost.
Martin, our excellent masseur, comes on appointment to your room and gets you an enjoyable relaxation.
We have a robust power backup system in place at all properties. During load shedding, our power supply automatically switches to powerful batteries, allowing guests to use all amenities uninterrupted.
The heated swimming pool is available from September until April.
