Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

The air conditioning in the living area operates on a prepaid meter, and guests are required to upload proof of purchase themselves before using it.
Smoking is not allowed inside the unit.
The property is shared with other guests but the unit is completely private. No facilities are shared.
Loud noises and music are not permitted.
It is necessary to keep all windows closed when guests are not at the unit to prevent baboons from entering the house. Any damages incurred will be the responsibility of the guests.
No furniture, such as the chairs may be used outside.
Do not remove anything from the pool. This includes the chlorine container.
Guests must please wash all dishes before departure. A fine of R250 will be recovered from the breakage deposit if dirty dishes are found.
No wood may be removed from the forest for use as firewood.
The owners accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or death on the premises.
Guests themselves are responsible for the safety of children in and around the pool.
