"Loved Montague. The towns farm stalls and shops are full of interesting goodies. For avid gardeners this is a town worth visiting as so many delightful home gardens and character homes. A must is the protea farm tractor ride and potjiekos lunch - Residents of Montagu are very welcoming to tourists and are very proud of their town. The spar grocery Store was clean, well priced and had great staff. The Pepper Tree accommodation was superb. Ten stars for a small out the way Town! "
"Ons was by 'n volstruis aanbieding by Chandelier net buite Oudtshoorn. Nog 'n onverwagse juweel. Die bestuur is supervriendelik en die kinders het selfs 'n geleentheid gehad om 'n kameelperd te voer. Ons het besluit om nie een van die groot volstruisplase te besoek nie en hierdie was regtig die moeite werd. Hulle het selfs 'n buffeltoer wat ons nie die keer gedoen het nie, maar volgende keer as ons meer tyd het gaan ons dit beslis doen."

"Clean town with lots of tourist attractions. Rust and Vrede waterfall was beautiful and the Cango Caves a must see. Quaint restaurants. Loved the town and it's local people.Would highly recommend Oudtshoorn for a family adventure."
