Lapa Lighthouse
"Yes, Umhlanga Ridge is regarded as the best place to enjoy holidays. However, as a motorist, I found it so difficult to exit from Montungue Road, and it is not Lapa Lighthouse's responsibility to provide traffic lights in order to control the traffic. It is Ethekwini Municipality's responsibility to revisit and reconstruct that road."
