"We stayed for two days but could have stayed a few days more, a very restful and peaceful place with a surprising amount of things to do and keep the kids busy."
Richmond is ook interessant as 'n boeke-snuffeloord."
"We battled to find a place to eat and the restaurant we finally ate at (the art centre on 6 December 2014) had a choice of 2 meals and both were not good and overpriced! Didn't think we would have a problem in December with food! "
Ek persoonlik dink dis waar mense hulself vind."
"It is the first time I have been to Nieu-Bethesda, and found it so interesting. The people were so friendly. Loved the uncluttered old-world feel. It was a place of experiences; the Owl House, the fresh pancakes in a house-art gallery, the Post Office by day and eating place at night with the most wonderfully fresh, hearty and tasty meals, the donkey cart ride through the town, and so it went on. A relaxing, interesting and to be repeated experience. "
"Briststown is conveniently situated 1/2 way between CPT and JHB on the Kimberley route."
"Nieu-Bethesda is a charming Karoo town which still exudes the atmosphere and gentle lifestyle of thirty-forty years ago. It also boasts the unique Owl House and is well worth a visit."
