"Caledon was as slow as we expected but with the sudden 4 hourly loadshedding, it went completely dead. Hardly any businesses could operate and we struggled to find a decent warm meal. We felt sorry for them as most had to close their doors over a weekend during the school holidays which is a busy time. But for the the town itself, it was charming and chilled. A lovely pause from our busy lives."
