If you would prefer to have a beautiful view to look at while enjoying your meal we provide comfortable chairs and a table on all balconies. The wooden cabin design gives a feel that you are truly somewhere in the wilderness. A heated swimming pool is also provided for your entertainment. Heating of the pool requires arrangement beforehand since it's heated by a wood-fired boiler. An indoor braai area is available for guests to use at the swimming pool.
ArendsRus' kitchen staff is dedicated to serving delectable cuisine in a beautiful, comfortable setting. The restaurant is open for breakfast lunch and dinner - dinner per appointment. The sunsets here are savored with as much relish as our restaurant's traditional South African dishes. Just minutes outside George, the capital of the Garden Route, ArendsRus is also just 20 minutes away from the closest beach. ArendsRus is situated on the foothills of the mighty Outeniqua Mountains in the farmlands area of Geelhoutboom and there is a short, well-maintained gravel road that is 3 km long.
