Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests should please treat the property with the same respect they would treat their own homes. Please be aware of the condition of items in the house, and if anything is broken when on arrival, please let the establishment know.
Loud music is not allowed.
Please park in the drive way or on the street where the street is well lit up and safe. Please don’t block any other drive way entrances.
Smoking is not allowed in the house. Please only smoke outside. This includes hubbly bubbly’s. Cigarette buds need to be disposed in the trash.
Day visitors are allowed but the total number of guests is limited to a maximum of 10 guests. Please be sure that extra guests leave at a reasonable time. Unauthorized guests are not allowed to stay over, unless previously agreed upon when the booking is made. Please do not allow extra guests to sleep at the house unless agreed upon during the booking process. Non-compliance may result in eviction.

If for any reason guests break or damage an item during their stay, please let the establishment know. Guests honesty will be appreciated.
