House Rules

Noncompliance with these conduct rules may result in fines or eviction, and fines and eviction costs will be charged.
A maximum of 5 persons are allowed, and visitors are not permitted.
Pets, including birds and reptiles, are not allowed.
Tenants should be considerate and tolerant towards each other.
The apartment should be left clean and in the same condition it was found in.
Noise is prohibited after 22:00.
The cleaning staff performs basic cleaning but is not permitted to wash dishes, make beds, or do personal laundry.
The swimming pool rules must be followed, and parents are responsible for ensuring that their children do so as well.
Braaing on balconies and in corridors is prohibited.
Sand must be washed off at designated showers and not in the bathrooms.
Playing on or walking on the embankments and rockeries is prohibited.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
Towels and laundry may not be hung over balconies or out of windows, but wash lines and clotheslines are provided.
When playing games, especially darts, tenants should be aware of others' safety.
Skateboarding and rollerblading are at the tenants' own risk, and parents are responsible for any damage caused.
Feeding cats, monkeys, or any other animals is strictly prohibited.
Caravans are not allowed on the property, but there is room for 2 boats, which must be booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
No unlicensed or noisy vehicles are permitted on the property.
The speed limit on the property is 5 km/h, and tenants should be aware of children playing.
Car washing with fire or garden hoses is prohibited.
Eden Sands is not responsible for the loss or theft of any property.
Any damages caused by noncompliance with the rules will be charged to the involved owner.
Parking next to the pool fence is not allowed.
Driving on the grass to avoid speed humps is not permitted.
Hanging from the shade cloth car canopies is prohibited, as it causes expensive damage that other owners must bear.
No glass bottles, drinking glasses, or alcohol are allowed in the pool area.
Surfboards or similar boards are not allowed in the pool.
Swimming pool equipment should not be played with or interfered with.
Swimming is prohibited between 22:00 and 06:30 or when staff is cleaning the pool.
Bumping, pushing, or rough games are not allowed in the pool area.
Use the provided gate and do not attempt to climb over the fence.
Individuals who use the swimming pool do so at their own risk.
Braaing is not permitted in the swimming pool area.
Please note that bookings for matric rage or any other student groups are not accepted by the property.
