No noise is allowed after 10 pm in the evening.
A once-off cleaning fee is required to be paid at the time of final payment and must be included with the final payment prior to arrival.
Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
A breakage deposit fee must be paid in cash to the host on arrival and will be refunded at check-out.
Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.
