Description
1 Milkwood Drive is a luxury three-story family home located on the famous Milkwood Road in the heart of the unique Zimbali indigenous forest with exclusive sea views over the private infinity pool.
The house can accommodate a total of 10 adult guests, 1 infant, and a child under the age of 12. Accommodation is offered in 5 bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and a cot, the second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a child-only single bed. The remaining 3 bedrooms are furnished with a king-size bed. All bedrooms are airconditioned. The house comprises 4 bathrooms, of which 2 are en-suite and the other 2 shared bathrooms. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, stove and oven, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The large open-plan dining room leads onto a patio with a braai area and a boma area with a fire pit. A bar area and cinema/TV room provide entertainment for guests.
There are servants' quarters in the basement with en-suite showers and a separate entrance which is out of bounds for guests. A full-time cleaning service, the resident resides in this area for guests' convenience.
Outside, guests have access to a rim flow pool, a Jacuzzi on the top floor and there are beautiful sea views.
