Fantastic location! Clean, secure accommodation with friendly staff.

Mug and Bean, Spur, and ATM across the road in the Sands Hotel. 2-minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to nightlife. Clean, secure accommodation and friendly staff. We will be back.

My marine biology students and I found the accommodation very comfortable and convenient.

1 Sea Breeze is in a very safe area. The Oceans Mall and beach are within walking distance. The lady who did the daily service was lovely.

Good location and the house is large enough to have family braais and enjoy!

Loadshedding battery-operated lights are provided in the bedrooms which is great, however some are needed for the lounge area if possible. Main en suite bathroom does not have a door as it is a lead-in bathroom.

Perfekte ligging.

Ligging is perfek. Loop afstand van die strand en winkels. Fotos op die blad is bietjie "outdated" maar oor die algemeen was dit 'n fantastiese plekkie om te bly. Sal dit vir enige iemand aanbeveel!

Would not recommend.

During our recent stay, we encountered several areas for improvement within the Sea Breeze units that require attention. The photographs provided do not accurately reflect the current condition of the units. We observed multiple maintenance issues, including malfunctioning lights and fans. Although we reported these concerns, only partial repairs were undertaken, leaving some amenities unaddressed due to perceived irreparability. Additionally, the interiors would benefit from refurbishment, as evidenced by worn-out furnishings such as torn couches and dated cutlery. The quality of towels and linens appeared to be in need of renewal. Communication with the rental agents was inconsistent, with delayed responses to our inquiries. Furthermore, the absence of amenities, such as the pool referenced in the unit booklet and adequate outdoor facilities like taps and showers, contributed to a less-than-optimal experience. Regrettably, neighboring guests also expressed dissatisfaction, with some choosing to depart prematurely due to similar concerns. In summary, while we endeavored to make the most of our stay, we believe that enhancements are essential to provide guests with the value and comfort they expect. We hope this feedback aids in addressing these issues for future guests' satisfaction.

Ons kuier was fantasties.

17 nagte was 'n goeie tyd, maar steeds te kort - ons sou veel langer kon bly as ons kon. Skoonmaakdienste was 'n groot bederf - skoon vloere daagliks, elke tweede dag skoon badkamermatjies en badhanddoeke en elke vierde dag skoon beddegoed. Die skottelgoedwasmasjien was baie gerieflik. Die wasmasjien en tuimeldroër het ons eerder nie gebruik nie. Vir die prys per nag, was dit die geld werd.

Baie lekker gebly. Met als wat jy nodig het naby die strand.

Pluspunte: Ruim en gerieflik genoeg vir 8 mense. Veilig met parkering. Loopafstand van die strand. Minuspunte: Nie ingestel vir loadshedding nie. Kort 'n bietjie opknapwerk hier en daar. Nie toegang tot 'n swembad nie.
