Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The apartment uses prepaid electricity. One hundred electricity units are provided on arrival, guests must then purchase extra electricity at their own expense.
R500 refundable breakage deposit payable by EFT before arrival and guests will be liable for any damages.
There is a departure cleaning fee and a sanitising fee of R820 that must be paid via EFT directly to the establishment prior to arrival.
Guests are personally welcomed during which time the keys will be provided. No cash payments will be accepted as the balance is to be paid in full via EFT.
Under no circumstances may the number of people stipulated be increased.
No pets allowed.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided, bring along your own beach towels.
Cleaning service is available at R450 per day, according to prearrangement and availability.
You are liable for any injury, loss or damages incurred.
Late arrivals will not be accepted unless pre-arranged at the time of booking and the same for late check out to all our establishments.
Smoking indoors is prohibited.
No parties are allowed.
Please note that guests cannot check in on 25 and 26 December and 1 January.
