10 Fairway View is a charming self-catering house situated in the Pecanwood Golf and Country Estate in Hartbeespoort, offering the ideal breakaway for a family or group of friends. Pecanwood Estate and Country Club is a mere 40-minute drive from Johannesburg. Beautifully nestled in the Magaliesberg foothills with Hartbeespoort Dam as a backdrop, the Pecanwood Golf Course is charming to your eyes and challenging to your swing.
This air-conditioned house can accommodate 10 guests and comprises 5 en-suite bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second, third, and fourth bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed and have en-suite bathrooms, fitted with either a bath and shower or just a shower. The fifth bedroom has twin beds with an en-suite shower. Crisp linen and towels are provided.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. It extends to the lounge furnished with plush seating, a smart TV, and an indoor braai area. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available.
The house opens to the patio with outdoor seating, gas braai facilities, and a sparkling swimming pool, boasting exceptional views of the golf course and mountains.
