109 Sabuti is a contemporary self-catering apartment located in the paradise apartment block of Sabuti, located in Simbithi Eco Estate.
The unit can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a lounge and a dining area. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, has access to the walkout patio and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The second and third bedrooms have a double bed each and share a bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. There is also a guest toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided.
The living area features an open-plan design with a kitchen that is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, double-door fridge, a washing machine, cutlery and crockery. Leading from the kitchen is an 8-seater dining table, a lounge with air conditioning, comfortable seating, and a TV with Wi-Fi access.
